For the #1 deli in the state, their bread was god awful today. Maybe I caught them on a day where they ran out of fresh bread but today was a terrible sandwich. Meat and muzz were fantastic but the bread was 4 days old. I’ll try again though. Guys were nice

I had not been to Fiore's in nearly twenty years since i moved out of Hoboken but it is just like I remember. Old school Italian deli that still has what I think it the best mutz in Hoboken. Ordered two half subs, roast beef, mutz and dry roasted tomatos and turkey, mutz and hot peppers. I had them cut in half and split the order with my wife. Both were excellent and a half size sub is the perfect size for lunch, you can finish it but you are full. They are not huge and overstuffed like you get at many Italian delis, but, the total for the two sub order was only $20.50. That's what you pay at a nation chain and the quality of the Fiore's subs are 1000% better. Saturday in summer at noon there was no long line, was in and out in about 10 minutes.

🥪 Finally made it to Fiore's, and now I understand why people line up for it. A quick heads-up: they're cash only 💵, so come prepared. If you're visiting on a Saturday, the move is definitely their famous roast beef sandwich. I ordered the full sandwich with the spicy peppers, and it was incredible. The roast beef was tender and flavorful, the fresh mozzarella was exactly what everyone raves about, and the peppers added the perfect kick. Every bite was packed with flavor. 🔥 I went with the large sandwich, which was around $22, and honestly, it was more than enough food. The portion was huge, and it felt like a great value considering the quality and freshness of everything. Fiore's is one of those classic Hoboken spots that lives up to the hype. Fresh ingredients, generous portions, and a sandwich that's worth making a special trip for.

An absolutely fantastic experience! As a visitor, I returned to this hidden gem of a shop more than once. Their sandwiches are affordably priced and generously portioned; with just a few simple ingredients, they manage to deliver a flavor that will leave you marveling with every bite. Do note that they accept cash only. Also—and this is a minor point—I do wish the person slicing the cheese and the person handling the cash were two separate individuals (or that the staff member would simply remove their gloves when handling money); however, this slight imperfection does not detract from the overall excellence of the place.

Place is a classic. The Roast Beef w/ Fresh Mozz & Hot Peppers is other-worldly. Staff and owners are down to earth and the old neighborhood tucks it away where you'd just miss it.
